Hope Scrolling
31 Days to a Better Way
You did not decide to spend your mornings on other people’s worst news. It just became the habit. Habits can be swapped.

Interview Kevin on breaking the doom-scroll habit
Thirty-one days. One change to how the day starts.
The idea
The scroll is not neutral. Feed your mind doom before breakfast and it will spend the rest of the day looking for more of it — in the news, at work, across the kitchen table.
This is a thirty-one day challenge to reverse the order. Each day gives you something good to put in first, and something to pass along to somebody else.
It is a small change. It takes a few minutes. What shifts is your attitude, your opinions, and eventually your behavior — in that order.
